Blessed By The Vegetables:

Combine in a large (6 quart, or 4 quart by quantity) Pan with lid:
A – 1 Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (26 Oz. = 1lb, 10 Oz.)
B – 1 Can (26 Oz.) of Whole Vitamin D (or equivalent) Milk
C – 1 Bag of frozen Peas (12 Oz.)
D – 1 Bag of frozen Cut Italian Green Beans (12 Oz.)
E – 1 Bag of frozen CA. Style Vegetables (Broc, Caul & Carrots) (12 Oz.)
F – 1 Bag of frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower (12 Oz.)
G – 1 Large White Onion (Chopped & Diced)
H – 1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
I – 1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)
J – 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper (optional)
*** I have used 1/2 can Corn Starch (2 tablespoons) & Cold Water (18 Oz.) for thickening also.
Cook on medium heat while stirring & boil for 45 minutes. *Do not burn the bottom!!
